Happy Birthday Blake!!!

Today is my son's 7th birthday! I cannot believe time is just flying by like this. Due to the pandemic we have opted for a smaller birthday party and this will be the first time that he will have a couple of friends stay the night. Patrick and I rushed home from McCall and were crazy enough to have this birthday the same day.
A couple of things about Blake that I absolutely love is how sensitive he is. He truly loves the people he loves and cares how he makes them feel. I can't ask for anything more in a son. The other thing I absolutely love is that he LOVES to quilt. I swear I don't make him do it but I might have influenced him at an early age. 2 years ago he decided he wanted to make his first quilt and so he did! He entered it in the fair and got a blue ribbon. He was 5 years old at the time and just this week he started another much larger quilt. I will post that as soon as he completes it.
Aside from the quilting I can honestly say I am just so happy to have such a happy boy! He will talk your ear off, he is stubborn as all get out but he will defend his sisters to the end and is the most loving boy a mom and dad can ask for.
